Self Esteem Improvement

cym_redOne reason why I love to work out and get into physical fitness is because it improves my self esteem. As a self-proclaimed Achievement Specialist as Orlando and I are, we continue to promote self improvement, motivation, and encourage people to do things that lead to self esteem improvement.

You can do this through daily affirmations and through what we talk about in our podcasts: notching up wins with daily successes! Basically, do something every day and get a ‘win’ from it!

If you haven’t been following Orlando’s journey in his self improvement through his change towards a healthy lifestyle, follow his journey on his blog: WinToBeThin

The goals he set forth are incredibly challenging, yet, as we teach in our “Success and Opportunity Achievement Track,” are achievable!

I too set out on a personal journey. I walked away from a big salary, health benefits, and the 8+ hour work day to pursue my dream as a full time writer! Along with that dream is being a full time blogger and online entrepreneur! You can follow me on my journey at GlennMagasDotCom.

My daily goals are challenging and achievable. My short-term goal is challenging and achievable. And my long-term goal is challenging and achievable.

I’ll state it here as we teach on our latest “Success and Opportunity Achievement Track Podcast #4”.

“I am so happy and grateful now that I have 25,000 page views for the month of June on my website, and 375 written articles on Helium.com on or before June 30, 2010.”

What does that mean? It means approximately $50/day in revenue for my blog and article writing combined – which means approximately a $1,500 income for June for writing articles and blogging.  Why is this significant to me? Becauseif I accomplish that by June 30, 2010, it means by December 31, 2010 I will be earning a whole lot more!

Follow us as we achieve our goals and practice what we preach! It will be a true testament to what we believe in and why we are sharing it with you. Win or lose, believe me, the journey is what counts. We, as we stated on our very first podcast, cannot control the results – but we are controlling all our actions!

Thanks for reading!

Once your self esteem starts going down everything in life that you touch goes down. Negative effects! Maintaining motivaion is key isn’t it? That’s how to build self esteem!
