Motivation is needed to get the proverbial ‘foot out the door’ in order to start achieving. Once a small goal is attained, your personal development takes a giant step forward. Their attitude is infectious. It is powerful.

Now put yourself around like minded negative people. It is a much different atmosphere. They blame everything around them for their failure. They do not recognize the successes they had and do not even notch them up as a success. Their attitude is infectious. It is powerful but non-empowering.

Motivation is infectious. Find motivated people if you need to be ‘infected’. If you bring your motivation in the workplace, if you bring it into a group of people who think like you, you can accomplish so much more out of your life (even if it is just during the work day) and as your ‘wins’ or successes pile up from small to big, your personal development is enhanced and yes, you yourself become infectious.
