    Glen and Orlando, I had to write after that acknowledgment. I’ve enjoyed listening to your podcasts. Orlando keep up the laughter there’s never enough laughter in the world. I’m also very interested in your goal for the year. Glen I really liked hearing your attitude change on your prayer and how that changed your whole training swimming experience. Keep up the great program guys.
